Menu Bar Problem

I went to Tools>EZ-Pages Select a page ...>Added a Contact us, but on the menu it is not showing the "Contact us" tab.

Even if i put "Yes" on the header, it is not showing up. If anyone can help me on this.

make sure sort order is greater then zero ( 0 ) . also once you save the page , on next screen you sill see your link and few red and green icons. , if your link for header is red , click on the icon to activate your link ( will turn green ) .

Even if i chose Header(Green) it still does not appear with "contact us" on the menu tab bar. I also chose footer and it appeared right below.

How do i find get my menu bar to include the contact us tab.
