EDIT:
For anyone else that has this problem, I just wanted to say that deleting just one of the duplicate rows via phpMyAdmin was easy and took care of this "anomaly" for us.

Sorry to ask but the duplicate entry on which table?
I have several tables under my "domain_znc1" database on the phpAdmin.
The only related table I see is zen_counter_history but that contains the actual data.

Upgrading to v1.3.9 has the solution built-in. No need to touch any of your tables with phpMyAdmin

Hi, I'm on v1.3.9a and I've got nothing but duplicate counter displays for the last 10 days. I've cleared up the database, and it starts replicating the same day again in the display. Since I don't see any more replies to this, apparently some people have fixed it - what's the secret?

I'll answer my own question - after doing an update, you need to make sure you upgraded the database - once I did that, the duplicate displays went away. Amazing ! RTFM !!! :)

v1.3.9b includes some fixes to this issue for older versions of MySQL, along with some other unrelated fixes.
