Great contrib, exaclty what I needed.

But I have this serious problem.

When I turn on the Currency Convertor, I get this message like "No Sign before the amount" shoud be there.

When I turn off the currency convertor, $100 is taken as Rs 100 by CCavenue.

Please let me know how can CCavenue automatically convert the respected currency into RS on its page.

The currency convert is now working.

An early reply will be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi,
Got the convertor working , silly me had not set the INR currency.

    Now a LAST problem,

I got the CC to work perfectly, but I want the confirmation page of CCavenue to automatically go to the return page.

As of now I have to click manually, unless I dont click the order is not processed by Zen though the process has been completed by CCavenue.

Infact I while testing was waiting for Zen to pass me the order then I realized that I have to click on the return page.

This can be confusing, and I will loose the shopping cart contents if one does not click on the return page and thinking the transaction has been complete a customer can just go away from the last page of CCavenue itself.

    Please Advice

There is no way to resolve this,
I strongly suggest all NOT to use CCAVENUE,
Its the worst service i came across, Takes 10 days to give you money and irritates customers by asking all kinds of stupid documents,
Takes a week to reply to single support email.
If you go online support chat, you have to explain him everything again n again.

Instead of us doing business, merchant using CCAVENUE keeps struggling for such things and end up in upset customers, lost business. What else, we pay them 7% for as transaction feeds for loosing our business and a huge initial setup fees.

I was a reseller for CCAVENUE and then stopped it as soon as we reliase we been fooled with such poor service and support.

I strongly suggest all new merchants to go for an alternative service.

I am writing this just for the benefit of merchants,
    Best Regards,
    Sunrom

    HI Sunrom,

First of all thanks a TON for an excellent contrib ::tup , without this it would have been impossible for me to intergerate this payment gateway.

I called up CCavenue and they told me that they can provide an advance checkout which can solve the problem of "Automatic Return Page" so that the cart contents can be passed on.

As far as my experience is concerned, the entire support team of CCavenue are very nice and helpful , they do give great phone and chat support, the best things will be to call them up if any problem.

I dont think 10 days is much because I get my paypal payments between 17 to 30 days.

Yes the 7% is too high , this I have complained many a times.

But there aint many services in India as of now, so what else do we go for???

About documents , there was a column in the news paper which gave the report of a guy because of whom CCavenue had to loose 15 lakh rupees, so I guess they are being extra safe now.

I'll update you when I get the advance checkout thing.

    Thanks again

    HI Sunrom,

I got the reply from CCavenue.

They have activated some "Real Time Authorization Status".

For this they have given a 32 Bit Working Key

Now where do I insert this in the codes????

Without inserting anything I get the error message "Invalid return url"

    Please let me know.

    Rgds

If you are in India you should go for CCavenue (INR) , the remittence will be Indian Rupees and from India itself.

If you are anywhere else in the world you can go for CCavenue World, the funds will be transferred in $ and will arrive from Singapore
