You have the code in the wrong place. Whenever you have a layout problem it is most likely due to your code being in the wrong place within the file.

Try putting your code in this file here and move it up or down within the page until you achieve the result you are looking for.

store/includes/templates/YOURTEMPLATE/common/tpl_footer.php

Or if you want them all on the same line you should create the html within a table and add it with colums code.
