If your web team cannot find the issue,

I've just tested using our 'Demo' account (which is actually a 'real' account belonging to a friend of mine) and all seems to be working fine.
Just to be sure I've also tested with another site that also uses TNT, and no problem there either (radiosailingshop.com.au. Screenshot attached)

Could you please try changing the TNT username to "Demo" and see if that works for you. (The account and password fields will be ignored for the 'Demo' account/user). If this works, then *something* has clearly gone amiss with the primealt credentials. Try resetting them.

Please let me know how you get on because I am aware that TNT have made a few changes to their system in recent weeks, so it could be related in some way (even though I can't think of what).

Oh, also, if you've recently updated to ozpost V3.5.2 you could try performing the uninstall/install keypress sequence because the update code in some of the older versions appears to have been broken (which is causing an incomplete update). V3.5.2 has (hopefully) rectified this problem, but I/we won't know for sure until the *next* update.

Cheers
Rod

ps. The 'Demo' account should only be used for testing. Do not use it on a production system because TNT have different rates for different customers, so any quotes returned with the Demo account may not match your clients costs.
