Create custom folder

Do I still needs to create those custom folders as in the tutorials of How do I create a new Custom Template, if I down the free template provided? Can I download mistik or mostly grey template as I am a new user of v1.3.8.1?

In most cases, the template package you download will have all the necessary folders included, so all you need to do is upload the 'includes' folder and contents to the root of your site. Check the instructions in each template package, though.

Edit: Except in the case of the two templates you mentioned. Those you would upload the folders provided to includes/templates

Oh okay, even the versions are diffrent I can still be able to download either template to include/template without creating any more folders.. That would be great.. Thanks for your advise ..
