Making add to cart without prices

Is there a way to have add to cart option but with no prices, like a quote request.

The customers can add products they want and then complete it, then cart will send an email with products added to cart so admin can call back with a quote.

When you fill out the data on the product page you will notice this field:

1. Product is Call for Price: click yes
2. Then a block will appear instead of the price called:
3. Call for price
4. use the developers tool kit and search for call for price and change it to Whatever you like
5. Ex: We will call you for a quote!
6. Should be in the english.php
