Making banners stay on one side

I have decided to use a banner type image to advertise a newsletter. I used a banner sidebox for this but I dont want it to rotate with the other ads I have. I currently have 2 banner boxes, one on the left and one on the right. Is there a way to make the "join our mailing list" one stay to the left and let the right one rotate all the other ads I insert?

I have looked around and cannot seem to find a way to make them "stick". Thanks.

A matter of managing your banner sidebox content
admin > tools > banner manager

Assign it to the banner group Banners-All in Admin/Tools/Banner Manager, and then turn on and position the sidebox for banner_box_all.php in Admin/Tools/Layout Boxes Controller.

I set the banners up in the admin area where you control the banners but I was not having luck making certain ads stay on certain sides of the layout, this will also keep them from showing the same ones on both sides at the same time, which happens often.
