Catalog/attributes controller
go to "Adding new options" in the middle of the page and use the scroll down button to select the option name "line 1", "line 2", etc.
I ended up fixing my problem by taking tpl_attributes, making a copy, and dropping it into my my_folder for templates, and I hardcoded out a class and entered in a few

, and that took care of the problem. Doubt that this was the "correct" way to do it, but it fixed it so the text boxes are all equally spaced.
