Big Mess. Template trouble

I had created my whole entire site using the 'classic' template. Long story short, I know that's wrong. I corrected this problem by following some wonderful instructions. I copied all my files that were created in 'classic' to my new CUSTOM template.

I went into the admin panel and switched templates. Everything came over fine (after switching sideboxes) EXCEPT for alllll the colors and font changes I made when I tinkered with the CLASSIC template....and copied into my new CUSTOM template...did NOT come over.

So although all my products are there...something is wrong with the stylesheet. It has all the same info on it, but it's not showing the same at all. For instance, it showed 1000px for the width of the site on CLASSIC and still does on CUSTOM, but it's huge.

And all the colors I edited? It says they're there, but not showing up as those colors on the website.

Any suggestions?

I am seeing not seeing a custom stylesheeet. This is what you have.

This is my stylesheet. I'm not sure why it's not picking it up. It's right where it's supposed to be.
