can not login in to admin area

Hi,
I am having a problem with the login to the admin area.
Everything looks normal and their are no errors but the screen says I have entered the wrong user name or password.
No matter what I use or resend the password which works correctly and e-mails them to me. Nothing works just flashes awaiting a re-enter. It was working then stopped. so I tried copying a working copy from another domain and modified the file with the same results. ???

It's unlikely to be a simple problem of damaged files on your store. It's likely a server-configuration problem (recent upgrade maybe?) or a problem with your own browser.

Hi Doc, Thank you for the reply.
I will look in that direction. Just strange that all the other carts on that server are working fine. That is why I tried copying a working cart but the same results. That's when I knew something else is up.
Tried to clear cache and cookies, and a different browser with the same results. Strange ?????
