    Default Image sizing problem Uhhh!

Yesterday I was told that my images were too large (100-200KB)
So I followed the tutorials and resized everything.

    I have my images as:
image.jpg (uploaded into main image folder)
    image_med.jpg (uploaded into med folder)
    image_lrg.jpg (uploaded into large folder)

Very first change to my site after this, and this is what I got:

The product is small, that's fine. But clicking to make larger? Nope, won't do it.
Clicking second picture further down? Same thing. Small.

What am I doing wrong? Uhhhhh!

NOTE: Here is my unchanged files from yesterday....here
As you can see, the pink salts in the main product pic enlarges nicely.
    The two pics below don't.

Btw, my image.jpg files are 105x125
my image_med.jpg files are around 320x whatever and
my image_jpg files are around 640-480

they are all optimised for the web.
    Thanks.

    I have my images as:
image.jpg (uploaded into main image folder)
    image_med.jpg (uploaded into med folder)
    image_lrg.jpg
Rename the last two as follows with caps

    Code:
    image_MED.jpg
    image_LRG.jpg

I'm sorry, they actually are with CAPS (_MED _LRG) in the actual files. (I just typed it wrong in the forum)

adding the following to your browser address after the.com leads tp a 404 Not Found which indicates that these files do not exist at least as spelled and I picked the name from the small image to get what is the correct for med & lrg
    Code:
    com/images/medium/clay__clean_exf_combo_MED.jpg
    com/images/large/clay__clean_exf_combo_LRG.jpg
While adding this displays the small image
    Code:
    com/images/clay__clean_exf_combo.jpg
Quadruple check that they are there and spelled correctly

    Hmmmmm.

I put in the URL (that I took from my CPanel, File manager) I think the problem lies here, but not sure how to fix.

    I'm guessing that%20 is because there's a space there?

Okay, so I'm thinking, to fix this, it would be easiest to go into my file manager and change that folder that has all my LRG pics in it, from Product Large TO large.

Right? Then it should pick up my large images?

Also, I'm not clear on another thing.
    I go to my category/product
I want to add a pic for that product.
Am I supposed to upload the photo right there on that page or use the box for get file from server?

I've been uploading it right there on the page. My question. Where am I supposed to upload it to? Which place / folder in the images?

Should it be the smallest image I have of that pic?
Should it be uploaded to the same folder as the MED pics?
    The main folder?

Upload the base image(small) through the admin to /images

And yes the code looks for
    images/medium
    images/large

FTP these additional sizes to their respective folders

Okay. I have all my images properly sized and in folders accordingly.

This is an example of my problem. LINK

My additional images are not picking up the large image. And it's picking up double of one of the images, which I believe is because I have the same image file called _01 and _02. Which I will delete the _02.

And then, with products set the exact same way on my other line HERE
My additional pics are not showing at all.

    Any suggestions? Thanks

Could the reason for a file not picking up the attachment possibly be that the main pic is named image1 and the additional pic is named image1_01 ? Could the numbers be throwing it off?
