We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.

Hello,

I'm not sure if I've posted my question in the correct area.......I searched, however still wasn't sure where to post this question, so here it is please.

When attempting to place an order- the following message was/is received:
We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.
Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown.

This order that has been placed and received this error is ordering a total of 4 boxes. Two seperate product types.
When I went in and attempted to place this same order, the error was received.

Yet, if I order both products seperately with only 2 boxes each order, (making this a two order process) then the shipping opportunities appear. Once I combine the 2 different products together, making it 4 total boxes, I receive the message "We are unable to obtain a rate quote?



I've gone in to the stores configuration for shipping, yet to the best of my knowledge everything has been set correct.

Can you please direct me as to where, and how to resolve of this issue please?

What are the Product Types that you are referring to?

What weight is used when the 4 products are in the order that fails?

What weight is used when the 2 products are in the order that works?

What is the Ship From and Ship To address?

What are the settings in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... set to?

Any of the Products marked as Virtual Products? Always Free Shipping? Have Downloads?
