Download page is blank

Hello,

I have been drilling into the forums for help on this, and I have been read the FAQ on downloadables. I *BELIEVE* I have it all set up correctly.

My cart has 1 product and it is downloadable.
I can add the product to my cart and get through the order process fine.

The download button appears on the order, but when pressed it simply goes to a blank page and that is the end of the line.

I get no messaging whatsoever on the browser.

I am using redirect, my permissions are setup as per the FAQ.
The file is there (light is green in attributes).

I am using a fresh install of Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

I have added the Cold Steel template, a QBMS gateway, and the Recover Sales tool.

The gateway is not live, it is using a test account.

I have spent a couple of hours on this seemingly small problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated by me and my client.

Hello, first time poster.

I have installed zen-cart, and have a setup that is a single product shopping cart. The product is downloadable.

I have read the FAQs and believe that I have setup the product correctly:

I am using redirect and have the permissions set per the FAQ
I have the product attribute set, and I have a green light on the filename.

I am using a fresh install of Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

I have installed the Cold Steel template, a QBMS gateway, and Recover Cart tool.

I can add the product to my cart and the order processing appears successful.

Then I hit download and I get a blank page, no messaging, and that is that.

My URL is http://zen.michiganzoom.com

FYI: The gateway is on a test account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the info.

I installed the Debug Error Logging tool, and there was no error log created at all. The steps I took on the website were:

1) login
2) My Account
3) View the order
4) Download

No errors generated.

I then tried to turn STRICT ERROR REPORTING on.

Same result. No errors reported, aside from the warning message that I had STRICT ERROR REPORTING on.

Do you have any additional ideas????

What type of file are you trying to "download" a zip file, .htm, pdf, etc?

The file I am attempting to download is the pdf_sample.zip file that installs with zen-cart.

It is located in the download directory. Permissions on the file are 644. Permissions on the directory are 755.

The file is there and appears otherwise normal.

Now I am getting the following warning message:

Please correct the following:
On the Option for: Download You picked an Invalid Selection: PDF File of Instructions

I only have 1 option and 1 attribute.

I am going through the attribute/option setting FAQ once again, step-by-step

I have posted on this before.

I turned on debugging error logging and got the following message (I stripped out the domain portion of the path):

I installed fresh from this fileset:

zen-cart-v1.3.8a-full-fileset-12112007

I have installed Cold Steel template, Recover Cart Sales, and QBMS gateway.

You're probably missing the /includes/modules/pages/download/header_php.php file, or perhaps it's empty? Or perhaps there are other unexpected files in that same folder?

Yes sir, the includes/modules/pages/download/header.php is 0 bytes.
