This is in a store that had been working fine and then suddenly this message started popping up when you get to step 3 of checkout and throws you back into step 2. Has happened with multiple orders and multiple credit cards, enough to know it is a glitch and not a card error.

This is in a heavily modded v1.37 as I said that has been running flawlessly for over a year now.
