Almost ALL webservers operate on port 80
That's a message from your webserver. It's informational only. Ignore it.
Unless of course the URL in the message is not your site.

You'll have to contact your hosting company to find out what's causing the "internal server error" ... because it's most likely being triggered BY your server ... and their tech support has access to the logs which explain what "rules" are triggering the error message.
