Setting check/money order for US only

Hello:

Using 1.3.8a
database backup
site backup
quickbooks import QBI
EZ pages settings
easy populate

I am still setting up my cart and would greatly appreciate any help you would be able to give in assistance with this. I am wanting to set the check / money order module so it only shows for US purchases only. If there is not a way to do this , where would I find the areas that I would need in checkout to add a statement behind where checks / money order show up on the checkout pages.

I was able to find where to add a statement, but would still like to know if there is a way to have checks / money order not show when I have a an order from outside the US.

Make a Zone for the US ... note that the US with All Zones means all states plus all territories and islands and armed services ... and add it to the Payment module ...
