I'm running 1.3.7 with the Linkpoint payment module. All of a sudden people are being told their credit cards are declined when in fact they're being accepted.
Both customers called their banks and verified acceptance. I too have verified this on my end.
One of these customers' orders doesn't show "Processing" with the credit card acceptance info in the status box. When I look above the status box, in the Linkpoint box (gray background) there it shows acceptance like normal. I also received the e-mail confirmation for acceptance.
Any ideas?
