    Default Attribute Layout

Is there a way to change how the attributes are layed out on the Product Info Page.

I have a good load of attributes for many of my items but when I add the attributes they show in an order that doesnt work or even look professional.

I sell formal wear for women and many of the item are made to measure, so i need to have a lot of input from the customer in order to process the order.

    They go something like this

First: I need to know the size (Size: 6, 8, 10, 12, 14.....) This is for standard order.

If the buyer wants a custom size made they need to enter all their measurements.

    Bust: (TEXT INPUT)
    Waist: (TEXT INPUT)

    and so on...

The problem I am having is the text attributes are showing at the top of the list when I need them at the bottom, after the Size attribute.

I have looked in tpl_modules_attributes.php but when ever i try and change something in that file the changed bit dissapears when looking the the Product Info Page on the store front.

Not sure if I can explain any better with out boring someone to death, but if anyone knows how to change the order and maybe even how the attribute list looks I would be very very gratefull.

    Kindest regards

    DB

There are quite a few threads on this subject that I have read through, searching for the same answer, and thread resulting in there is no easy answer without custom programming, and there may be some layout options in Zen Cart 2.0.

I wouldn't know how to program it, but I have a suggestion for someone to try. If you created a form in the style you wanted, insert it with a div, and had the form write to a text file. If the text file data added to the product order when add to cart was clicked, that may work out? (Just wondering about if simultaneous orders would cause issues.)

I know it would be more in-depth integration for the options that change prices, but it may get the ball rolling on this common question.
