I have a question.
I am running 1.3.8a and if I go into my customer list I can email them from the admin back end just fine.
A customer said he forgot his password, so I told him to do the forgot password, after 10 hours he emailed and said he never got a password. so I changed his email address to one of my other ones and tested it and I didn't get a password either and both of my sites are on the same server using the same mail server.
after hours I just deleted his profile and told him to re-create it. only after wards did I get a password reset program from a member on here (which works perfectly)
however I still can't get the program to email me a password reset to my profile. I have tried on a few test profiles and my actual profile I use on the shopping cart side for my actual testing and still no password.
after several forgot passwords I went to the admin and sent myself 3 test messages and I received all three of them within seconds.
Anyone have this issue? I have searched and all I find is admin password issues.
