Check if admin is logged in?

How do i check if admin is logged in?
Im making a blog feature and need to know in the front end if admin is logged in.

this does not seem to work in the front end.
if (!defined('IS_ADMIN_FLAG')) {
echo $this;
}else{
echo $that;
}

Never mind i figure it out. I just started to build a admin back end instead of making the blogs editable in the front end. Almost done with zenblog
