Convert oscommerce module "Split Street Address"

Hello everybody,

I need the street address split from the house number.
Zen-cart has these values together in one column.
We need to use TNT postal service with there parcelware application. They ship on postalcode and the house number for batch shipping.

I found this module at oscommerce, but it doens't work with zen-cart.

Does any one know a solution to my problem ? or can someone make the oscommerce module working for zen-cart ?
