How do I add new pages?

I figured out the Define Pages Editor in the admin, and I want to add a lot more pages.

I've searched in the Developers Tool Kit for "page_4", and I've duplicated all files and areas to make page_5,6,7,8. I've even had one tab in Firefox open with a Developers Tool Kit query for "page_4" and another tab with the query "page_5" just to compare that they have the same results.

Only problem is when I edit page_5,6,7,8 in the Define Pages Editor, nothing shows up on the website. What am I missing?
