Image breaks my category?

I am still setting up my Zen Cart (www.lankylizards.com).
I added some products to the Summer Fun > Sun Protection category and all of a sudden it won't show up??

I made another Category (Summer Fun > Sun) and added the products one by one until I found the offending product. When I remove the image, it will display fine. When I add the image, no go.

I have altered the image, saved for Web with Photoshop Elements and nothing works. I am wondering whether I will have to sell this item sans pics. The only thing I haven't tried is taking another pic.

Can anyone give me a clue why this is happening? I am using Image Handler 2.0 on Zen Cart 1.3.8.

I recently had this same issue with a client's site.

Check the image name (no special characters, avoid spaces)
Check the image size - the offending images I was given were at 300+ dpi. Once I changed that to 96 or 72 dpi and saved the image there were no more issues.

In your image editor load this image and check it's "mode"...
If a gif it will be "indexed"
If a jpg it can be CMYK - and this is specifically for "in print" use and will not display on the web it need to be changed to RGB...

Thanks for the ideas...
I checked and its Mode is set to 'RGB'.

I have already named it and renamed it, no special characters or spaces or anything.
I checked the file size and it is 244 kb.

I'm thinking that I will retake the photo, and hopefully not run into this again!
