very simple (i think!) shipping question!

I have a store at www.frogstandrecords.com/store.

My problem/question is this:
I want a very simple shipping structure - I want to have a shipping price, per item, for both domestic and international orders.
For example, if someone buys a CD, there will be $2.50 added for shipping to the US. If they order outside the US, it would be $4.00.

If someone buys a T-shirt, it will add $3.00 in the US, and $5 outside the US.

Is there a way to add 2 shipping costs for each item? One domestic and one international? How do I do this? It seems like it would be a simple thing to want to do...
