I am having some serious issues with speed on my fledgling zen cart site at lgmprinting.com/store

I activated the display parse logging:

Parse Time: 48.468 - Number of Queries: 224 - Query Time: 1.3267732868042

That's just for the frontpage. Not sure what to do (or what i did)...
