I recently buy a new hosting providers. I want to create a new e-commerce store and then also transfering one older from another hosting company.

How I should install it, in subfolder or can be in the root?

Because the older site was before in a subfolder, but later i moved on root for linking necessity.

How it work's with domain?
Can be bouth on the root?

What is the best in those caises?
