Site down please help

when i try to go to website or zen cart (back end) browser displays this message

If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields

How do I resolve this?

This type problem needs to be resolved through your Host. Contact them to sort things out.

This means your webhost is limiting your queries to 30000 queries per hour.
You can either ask them to increase your max query limit, or just lower the traffic to your site (which i'm sure you wouldn't want to do)

does this error message mean the site info entered / data is corrupt or can host usually restore site as was before message?

There is nothing wrong with the site or any data. as soon as your host increases your query limit, the site would be back just the way it was.

Does the query limit reset automaticly(if so is it done on the hour?) or do we need to contact the host

It should be reset after the hour.
If you still get the same error after you waited an hour, then you should contact your host.
