Dynamic Dropdown Issues

Hello,

I have recently installed a fresh install of Zen Cart 1.3.8a. The online store I'm working on sells lingerie.

I have installed the Stock By Attributes add-on which is working fine, had complaints about not being told prior to the cart that items were out of stock so I decided to give dynamic dropdowns a go.

The issue I'm having seems simple and probably has a simple fix but I am new to all this. I have a test site and have setup an example of the issue I'm having here: http://syd-srv12.ezyreg.com/~ownmybo...=index&cPath=1

Issue 1: The above link should send you to the Bikinis Category, if you look at the product listing for Black Designer Bikini you can see that I have a colour attribute, this works fine but the issue is its not a dynamic dropdown.... how can I change this to use dynamic dropdowns?

Issue 2: If you click on Black Designer Bikini and look at the product info you will see the dynamic dropdown. The dropdown seems to work fine, except if you add the available item to your cart it does not show the attribute colour red! When the item is purchased as I have tested it also doesn't show what colour has been chosen in the admin so I have no idea what colour the customer wants. How do I fix this issue?

I know this stuff is probably very simple, I have searched everywhere to find a fix. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!!

im not sure how dynamic dropdown works as i have never used it .

what happens if you switch your template to classic and then add the item to cart and see if everything is working with your attribute selection and display in your cart . if so , that might something to do with template monster .
just a thought but wont hurt to try

I've never used the dynamic dropdowns before, so don't know how it works, but did note that the select field name was in a completely different format to that normally used by Zen Cart and picked up by the shopping cart to recognize attribute data. It may be nothing, but that's where I'd start where i facing this problem.
