Easy Populate v1.2.5.5.csv can't load (no model field)

Using Zen-Cart 1.3.8a and downloaded the Easy Populate v1.2.5.5.csv.
Have it installed on two Zen-Cart's and it seems to be good configured.
But.... when I download from the first Zen-Cart and want to populate the other the message 'no model field' occurs.
I've checked the file and can't see what's wrong there. Just one product wich i've downloaded and has a product_model value.

I've seen that the output is comma-separated, so I've changed the easypopulate.php separator to comma, but that also make no difference.

I've tried making an hand-made file, but that also does not load. Always the same : 'no model field'
What is wrong??

Use version 1.2.5.4. from download archives...
EVERY product entered via easy populate must have
UNIQUE product number or EP will fail...

Well, finally i've downloaded and installed the version 1.2.5.4 (consequent version numbering is something todo and also configuring something wich is not dependend fields added by other mods !!) and could download a file from the first zen-cart.
When I try to load it in the other I stil get the message :

I am on Version 1.3.8a of Zen Cart, and am using the 1.2.5.5 version of EZ Populate. My website is www.desertskyink.com. In my categories section I have Lexmark as a category and Lexmark, IBM as a category. When I download the .csv file using EZ Populate, only the Lexmark, IBM categories show up, nothing under the Lexmark categories, but as you can see, it shows up on the website. Why is this? Would it be better to go back to the 1.2.5.4? This tool has been really flaky. Even when I try to split files under Configuration in the Admin settings it doesn't seem to work. I don't want to waste me time with this if it is not going to work as it has been really flaky. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. At this point it would have been quicker to manually add the categories, etc.
