Cannot Send HTML Email Format

Hi ,

anybody can help me ? I cannot send email using HTML format. all email send out are text format.

my zen cart v1.38

i had setup some configuration throught admin - email option as below:
1. Use MIME HTML whend Sending Emails = true
2. Email Transport Method = smptauth
3. Email Linefeed = LF
4. E-mail Archive Active = true
5. Email Admin Format = HTML

pls adive me what setting i wrong ?

To whom are you sending these test emails?
What preference does that test user have for email?

I send to my yahoo and gmail account. I use Outlook to receive the email. my outlook has setted HTML email format receivable.

Not the preference I was referencing...
Look in the admin under this customers profile...

admin > customers > select the customer > select "edit" > scroll down and view options: look for which radio button is active for email preference
