    Default how about optimizing Php for SEO purposes?

    Is there a way to optimize pieces of our Php scripts for getting SEO advantage?

    There are things that can be done to a site's structure to make it more attractive to search engines, but Zen Cart already does most of them.

    In any case the two most important factors in search engine rankings are good quality content and quantity and quality of backlinks (other people's links to your site), neither of which have anything to do with the PHP scripts that generate it, including Zen Cart.
