There will always be a little bit of down-time when you make a server/host move - for many reasons. But things need to happen in a specific sequence. You need to adhere to this sequence.
    so what to do now?...wait?...

    Let's assume that:-

    1. Your NEW hosting account is set up, and the server is configured, and you are able to FTP files to the server.

    2. You are able to create a database, and populate it with data.

    3. You have re-assigned the domain to its NEW NAME SERVERS, and are just waiting now for the changes to propogate through to the DNS nodes.

You should be able to access your site through a temporary URL provided by your host, eg:

    Code:
    http://subdom.hostwebsitename.com/~sitename/
(Generally, these temp URLS do not allow php, cgi, perl or other functionality, but it may be helpful for ftp purposes).

The objective is to get the back-end in order, and if you can follow 1,2,3 above, this should not be a problem.

You will have to wait for the new NS to propogate through the DNS nodes, and that can take minutes... hours... or a couple of days.

As a reseller, you become your own host in a sense.
Your issue of now not being able to create an account is most likely that the domain name is in your httpd.cnf - editing this in a shell session is probably what you need to do - BUT - messing with this and erroring can bring the server down...

What sounds great on first glance - only means that you now must educate yourself on the duties of a host and might be a bit more than you currently can "chew" owing to the fact that you are installing ZenCart with fantastico...

help question Re: Moving Live Zen Cart to another server...

OK, I've gone trough all that above and got to stage of migrating the actual Zen Cart Site from old server to the new one.
Did everything as it is in this tutorial: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=100
everything went very smoothly and straight forward 'till the moment I went to check is my site working.
Then I've got this on the place where the site should be:
    1146 Table 'mystic_zc1.zen_db_cache' doesn't exist
    in:
    [db_cache table]
    ???
what I've done wrong this time?
I did everything, step by step as it is in the tutorial...
this is the site I'm on about: MysticsTreasury.com
    thanks in advance
