discount look up problem

I'm having trouble using the Discount Coupons look up

anytime i type in a code to look it up to check it, it just refreshes the page and does not display any coupon information!

I thought it use to work, I am not sure what would have caused it to stop working as I don't recall making any changes!

The coupons are being created and seem to work fine. It's the look-up that is not working...

any ideas?! please help.

If you turn off the SEO URLs addon does it work?

is there a way to get it to work with the SEO addon? did i install something incorrectly?

You need to ask whoever wrote your SEO mod.
