1) Using

http://search.yahooapis.com/SiteExplorerService/V1/updateNotification?appid=YahooDemo&url=http://www.yoursite.com/sitemap.xml

with the appid=YahooDemo and not your own (http://developer.yahoo.com/search/si...ification.html), this still works?

2) Did you see any increase in Yahoo! Slurp/bot traffic.

Hi,

I have an odd problem that is mostly self inflicted. My site maps stop working and i uploaded the newest version.
SitemapXML (formerly "Google Sitemap")
Zen Cart™ Version: v1.5.0
Version: 3.0.3

but that version does not seem to work at all. So i deleted all remnants of that version and am now using

Now i get the sitemapcategories file to generate (no EZpages dont have any).

but the sitemap does not generate. i get this error when i run the script

Of course, if we actually went to the horses mouth, we'd have seen...

The APIs were scheduled to be shut down on March 2011, but the timeframe for this shut down has been extended for the YDN Site Explorer API's until September 15, 2011.

I've put in about 10 minutes to finding its replacement... but to no avail. Anyone else?!? Anyone?

I still can't figure out how to ping Yahoo. I've read all the suggestions above, none of them work. I gave up pinging Yahoo months ago (last time I replied in this thread)...... Just checked Yahoo and one of our main sarch phrases that gets us in position five on Google is nowhere on Yahoo. Weird!

This mod does not ping Yahoo. Neither do the links like:

http://search.yahooapis.com/SiteExpl...pproducts.xml/

This just gives weird errors like:
