Jam Affiliate Manager

I have installed Jam Affiliate Manager last week...all was going fine with orders and commissions showing up until this morning lol and I am not sure if this is an error from the affiliate program or from the store

This morning a commission came through that did not match the only order received this morning also

Searching back through the orders in the store admin for the order ID as registered by Jam I found that the commission actually registered was from the *previous* order the same customer made so I don't know what went wrong here but if someone could point me in the right direction to fix it I would be grateful LOL

Today's order:
701 CustomerName $4.27 03/28/2009

Order registered in JAM:
656 CustomerName $7.00 03/07/2009

Thanx Misty...I will do that too, but I need to know if it could be that the integration code written by DrByte (which was written in 2006 apparently lmao) needs some sort of adjustment or some other error is being generated from the store....that's why here was my first port of call....plus I know what the help is like here LOL!

If the customer paid via the PayPal IPN (Website Payments Standard) module and the IPN wasn't received in time, then it's no surprise that the details came from the customer's prior order, because that's how the info on the checkout-success screen is built. It's not a JAM bug, it's a failure in having prompt communications from PayPal's server to yours.

Thanx DrByte....it has worked properly for the only other two PP orders since I installed it....and it's easy nuff to edit the commission details in JAM...so guess I have to put up with this since I know first hand how not helpful paypal is LOL
