Good day,
I am having a rather frustrating problem and seem to be running into a dead end and really don't know where to turn anymore.
I have a South African Zen Cart store, running on version 1.3.8a and use the partner, Setcom for payment and credit card verification services.
The user goes through the purchasing process, selecting a product and is taken through to Setcom where the purchase is completed and the credit card verified, however, this payment is not registered as successful back on my site... returning with a red bar, indicating that the "credit card is invalid or verification failed".
Logging onto the Setcom site as an administrator however indicates that the verification was successful and a purchase has made.
Similarly, the purchase does appear as an order on Zen Cart.
In short, the payment module does not appear to return a successful product purchase back to the user (display) or register as a successful purchase in his cart. I have logged a support request with Setcom who have checked the entire implementation of the store and are satisfied with the installation.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
The details of my store below:
