Add to Cart button missing

I am new to Zen Cart, but have worked extensively with phpBB.

I am slowly familiarizing myself with the product, as I have been hired to customize an installation.

The problem: in this person's installation, the Add to Cart button is never displayed when viewing a product.

They were a bit behind in terms of version, so I went ahead and upgraded the install. That did a SWELL job of overwriting some customizations. So I thought I was on easy street! Nope, still no Add to Cart button.

There is always a Contact Us link beneath each product. I'm thinking they previously configured it this way, as they couldn't get the Cart to work?

Anyway, I've looked through everything imaginable, still no luck. Any tips would be most appreciated!

You might first check the Catalog ... Product Types ... and make sure the Product Type can be added to the Cart ...

Next check the Configuration ... My Store ... and check what the Store Status is set to and make sure it is not a show room ...
