Text Option - MultiLine

I have added a text option for my products, but it is always just a single line. Is there a way to make the text box multi-line? I changed the "Rows" to 5, but it still displays as a single line.

So, in the Option Names Manager, you selected the text attribute and clicked "Edit" button...

... then, in the edit screen, you said Rows: 5

... then you clicked "Update" button...

If you did the above, it should work. (Did you apply this to a different text attribute, by mistake, perhaps?)

I got it now...the preview was not showing up correctly, but the actual page shows it correctly.
