If so, it is going to http://dannsboutique.com/zencart/

Wouldn't it look more professional to go to http://dannsboutique.com/ (once I redirect the index to the zen folder)

How do I cange the above code to go to http://dannsboutique.com/

I would come up with a better directory name than zencart for your shop ...

While I do love my Zen Cart ... I would not use it for a Directory name ...

The email is built in the module for create_account.php ... you can customize that for where you want the link to go to ...

Okay cool, can I just change the file name or is it harder than that? I had seen another site call it Catalog.

You can call it whatever you like; "store", "menu", "catalog", "buy", "gifts", etc. Or just move it up to the top level, into the main folder instead of redirecting your domain to someplace else at all.
