Zen programmers plz help!!!!!

I posted about a problem last week... thought I had a resolution but client had new problems today when inputting a new category...I am COMPLETELY confused as to why this is happening and it is a live site that was completely redesigned...she had no problems before....

She is using WSYWIG editor....she is entering information, but when it is saved it pushes EVERYTHING up to the top of the screen...

This was happening in her EZ-Pages last week, so I taught her how to use the text editor...that fixed that...

I cannot possibly ask her to go through all of her products to do that..I would rather diagnose WHY it is doing this....the site products were fine....today she added a new product...copied text from another product into the new product and the above link is the result....

ALL of the products are off and the HTML jsut seems screwed up....

Can any developers or programmers help figure this out via Skype or Google IM or something...I will pay for you time...I just HAVE to get this fixed and have tried many scenarios....she has a huge launch the end of the week so this needs to be done..and I need to know she can update products on her own without this happening!!!

OK so I just switched the template to Classic and everything looks fine...?!?!?!?!? I am really confused because the site was FINE .....any ideas anyone?!?!?!?

A quick look shows the Footer DIV is not being closed.

Your stylesheet has an error at line 631

padding-botton: 3px;}

May not cure your problems, but will help with validation.

Thanks guys....took care of both...but no dice...at least I now know it is something with the template....so I am just going to go through every page.... just doesn't make sense that everything was fine until she starts working on it...when I edit pages nothing changes...but when she edits them all this extra information shows up in the html in the product editor like <p> and <font> when I remove those everything seems to go back to normal which is why Inever gave the template a thought.....I am just completely baffled!!!

Is she doing a copy/paste thing from a WORD (gasp) document?

No....LOL...she was copying and pasting from other products only....but this even happened when she just typed in new text....the product info display page seems to have no errors according to Dreamweaver......so it is not that....uuggghhh

If I look at the source code of a product I typed in you get this:

If you look at one she typed in you get this (jsut showing the first couple of lines):

Why would all of that extra information be getting added? That seems to be what is causing the problem, because if I remove it
everything drops down....

I recommend removing this line from the bottom of your main stylesheet

You appear to be missing a closing div tag, but I can't tell you exactly which one it is. The end result is that your rightbox div is not being closed before the leftbox div is opened - that's probably what's screwing up the layout
