tricky IE error on page problem

Hi All
Can anyone explain why I get an error on page at this line in checkout_payment. The below is copied from the IE source

<input type="image" src="includes/templates/mywebsite/buttons/english/button_continue_checkout.gif" alt="Continue" title=" Continue " onclick="submitFunction(0.00,)" /> </td></td></table>

and this is the error in IE:
