Ok, before I get reemed for having a custom template and probably hacking code to bits, hello to all and hope this goes well.

I cannot change this custom template width no matter what I do.

I have tried changing from px to %, back to px, over to em, etc. Percentage of 10% to 100% does nothing. I've changed the style sheets in the default template, the custom one and nothing.

I just can't get anything to change.

I've changed the sidebox layouts to 20% and the boxes to 100% with absolutely no difference.

Besides that, I can't get the center column to expand any either.

So..... I feel like I'm trapped in the predesigned layout, but that can't be, can it?

you sure this is zencart .. ??? .
well, you have inline width set for all your tables. the main table is set to

<table width="770" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" align="center">

Not sure of much, but it seems to operate.
Where did you find the table width #1, and can I change it to a %?

includes / templates/ YOUR TEMPLATE / common / tpl_main_page.php

you can set your table to % or px .. right now is set to px ..
