"Document - General" problems ....

First of all, I'm sorry if these has been asked before..
I hv find so long and couldn't find an answer.
Anyone know the thread and answer, please redirect me. thanks alot~


I hv created a category, which has set restricted to "Document - General" for Product Types, is a place to share product reviews for our customer. At the moment I hv created 2 items under this document category, "Combi" and "Edison Chopstick". Here my problems :-

1. Its appear as "SOLD OUT" item, how to turn it off ?

2. On and off I will continue to add more customers sharing on this category, can make it after certain length will be break by page?

3. How to disable the main picture, as now appear as “NO PICTURE AVAILABLE" ?

4. For items that created under this document category will appear under New Products Listing. How to disable it ?

or anyone can recommend any better way to do this ?

Go to the Catalog ... Product Type ... and click on Document General ... EDIT ... and uncheck the Can be Added to Cart checkbox ...
