    Default easy populate issues

Hello guys and girls, i would strongly appreciate if anyone can help me with two issues i am having since installing Easy Populate 1.2.5.4. When i upload my files, i am getting this error at the top in my admin area "Warning: explode() [function.explode]: Empty delimiter in /home/......../......./....../includes/functions/extra_functions/easypopulate_functions.php on line 247" and "4 partially deleted product(s) found! Delete this dross to prevent unwanted zencart behaviour by clicking here.
You are seeing this because there are references in tables to a product that no longer exists, which is usually caused by an incomplete product deletion. This can cause Zen Cart to misbehave in certain circumstances."

I have search the forum but can't find any resolution.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

The first error can relate to a "fault" in the tab-delimited XXXXXXX.txt file you use to populate your product data.

The second explains more precisely what the issue is.

You'll need to "flush out" orphaned data from the database.

    Try this:

    admin>>>tools>>>store manager

right at the bottom is section called: Optimize Database

    Click the "Confirm" button.

I am also seeing this error message about 1600 times at the top of the page after trying to update using EasyPopulate :

    PHP Code:
Warningexplode() [function.explode]: Empty delimiter in /home7/..../admin/includes/functions/extra_functions/easypopulate_functions.php on line 247
Below this repeated message it shows the normal Zencart/EasyPopulate page with the red error message in front of each record that I tried to update:

No model field in record. This line was not imported

However, this is not the case as I am seeing it. Each item has a model number, in fact I'm updating the records directly "Complete tab-delimited .txt file" download from EP

The other weird thing it does, is after it returns the error, I noticed that it has created 60 or so top level categories.

I've been using EP for about a year now, and this is the first problem that I have ever had. Not sure what the issue is, I have been using it in this same way to update and add products the whole time. In fact this is probably one of the smaller updates I've done. I'm attempting to update about 400 products, and to add maybe 200 new products. (there are total of about 7000 products in my store)

    I'm using EasyPopulate v 1.2.5.4
    ZenCart I'm still at 1.3.8a

    Tried again this morning.
First I just tried a batch where I was simply updating existing products. This went fine.

Then I did a batch which was updating some adding others.
I got the same error message at the top, however the new products were added and the old products were updated.

Still not sure what is going on here. But it's kind of working, I guess?
