Problem with the shipping PLZ help!!

so i was going through my site and i see that when you trying to check out it says "Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time." then i go back to do a Estimate Shipping it does not show any available and the rate.

please help me asap. i went to the shipping module and i remove and installed UPS again but nothing comes up .

in your ups module , set the zone to NONE .. and see if that helps .

you might have shipping zone set to specific country or state ..
