Basically I work for a company that at the moment has two websites that we sell items on. We have two new websites that we want to replace the existing websites with and these new websites are already designed and coded, so basically what I need to know is if I will be easily able to fit ZenCart to our newly designed/coded websites or not.

zencart can be configured to almost any design as shown at

Zen Cart is not a back end for a website. It IS the website. As Misty pointed out, you can configure Zen Cart to pretty much any design.
