I am trying to change the image size in my "Featured" sidebox. I have changed Configuration > Images > Image - Featured Product Width and Image - Featured Product Height and the have no effect on my image size. What am I missing?

Featured Product Width and Image - Featured Product Height are for what is displayed in the center column
I believe that the small width & height cover images for sideboxes and other locations
