Rotating Banners

Can anyone tell me where I can get an addon etc for a rotating banner. I want it to continually roll through a selection of images.
What I'm looking for is basically what the main header banner section of this site does.

Do you understand what I'm looking for just from my description?
Basic rolling banners, continually switches through a collection of images etc as the person is viewing the page.

Any ideas where I can find this?

I've found a javascript file which also has a css file to make it display correctly etc.
I can sort the css part but I'm not sure about the javascript file.

Can you tell me where I would put the javascript file etc to get it to wrok correctly with my site please? I'm not sure where to upload it to or how to call it in the in the page.

I also was looking for a rotating banner and found one on a website for $12 only to find that the min. deposit for the site is $20 and if the extra is not used within a year you lose it.... crazy, huh?
Needless to say, no matter how perfect it would be, I do not want to spend my money on a site like that. Have been arguing in their forum because they can't comprehend that for some people, every dollar counts...especially in this world today.
If you find this and can PM me the location or post it here, I would definately be interested!
