1) i anyhow created a right sidebox with label chatbox. which is the best chatbox to use and how to put it up?

2) how to make the zopim live chat box on the bottom right corner to appear on every products page. because it only appear on homepage. other pages not appearing?

3) how to upload my own bookmark icon? so people who use firefox bookmarks will have the picture i upload.

4) how to do a flash presentation of my main webpage like www.gamestore.com.sg

5) how to make a Testimonials left sidebox which auto flash all the testimonal given by customers? which website add on to use for testimonial?

6) how to change rename page 1 2 3 under left sidebox more information?

3) Search on "favicon". You can generate one with free online tools; just save it in your store/domain root and it will work.

4) Flash is not a Zen Cart-specific feature - look on the web for info.

I can't really tell you "how"... I followed the instructions and it worked. It may take some time to show up. I recall that I thought at first that it wasn't working. Perhaps clear your Firefox cache?

To change text like sidebox headings, use the Developers Toolkit in admin > Tools. Paste the text you want to find in the lower left box, select all files and search. Among the results will be the file and line number where it is defined.
You can edit that file and replace the text.
